Shipping

 

We provide free shipping for most products available on our website. However, please note that our free shipping offer may exclude paintings that are 24" x 48" or larger. For these larger paintings, we kindly ask our clients to pay 50% of the shipping costs, with our studio covering the remaining amount. Limitations apply to this service and may not include custom orders.

Rest assured that our studio, Emerald Art Gallery, will handle the cost of shipping materials required to ensure the safe delivery of your painting to your home. Once your order is shipped, we will communicate a tracking number (TKN) with you. If interested in large artwork, please, contact us.

To keep you informed about the status of your shipment, we will share your email, telephone number, and name with FedEx, our shipping service provider. FedEx will send you email notifications regarding the arrival of your package. Please remember to check your spam folder for these notifications.

Our free shipping offer also excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and/or US territories. We do ship internationally and look for the best shipping prices available. In case you are interested please contact us, and we will do our best to give you the best price possible. At the moment, we are still offering free delivery from our Florida studio (October - May) and our Indiana Studio (June - September).

 

PICKUPS + Deliveries

Don’t worry about shipping costs, stressing over your painting safely arriving in your home after a long journey in a truck filled with so many different packages. If you live close to one of our weekly art shows, stop by and pick up your painting at the show. We would be thrilled to see you in person, show you more of our work and tell you about our creative process. It is way more personal to meet the artist and have them give you your new painting in person. If you ask, they will also write a dedication on the back of the canvas.

Too busy to stop by at the art show? Don’t worry about it. We got you covered! Our fans and supporters who live close to one of our upcoming art shows but can't pick up their painting can now wait for their painting in the comfort of their home. We'll schedule a delivery after or before the show and bring your new painting to your home. This way, it's protected and well taken care of by the artist herself. Plus it’s free! Returns

We understand that purchasing artwork is no easy task and a commitment you may live with for many years. Emerald Art Gallery LLC, representing Rosa Chavez and Leon F. Ruiz, is committed to ensuring 100% satisfaction. Once you’ve purchased an original art or fine art print, we'll give you seven (7) days to decide whether you’d like to keep it or return it for a refund or exchange of equal value.

Returns and/or exchanges are not valid for custom-made paintings, custom prints, or giclée after final approval is given. Art collectors are responsible for all shipping and packaging costs when returning the artwork, and it must be in the same condition it was received in to be eligible for a 100% refund or exchange. After the first exchange, the sale becomes final; no other exchanges or refunds are available.
