2021 marks the 65th Annual St. James Court Art Show.

The St. James Court Art Show is a juried fine arts and contemporary crafts show featuring over 600 artists from around the U.S. held among the country’s largest collection of Victorian homes in the heart of historic Old Louisville.

This 4-square block, outdoor art show takes place annually on the first weekend of October, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Six unique sections, one art show.

St. James Court, Belgravia Court, Fourth Street, 3rd Street, 1300 Section, West End Baptist Church.

During this three-day event you’ll find delightful works of art in 17 artistic mediums, from clay to wood, lovingly created by over 600 talented artists. With so much to choose from, you’re sure to discover your next must-have treasure. And if you are in need of refreshment during your search, just stop at one our food vendors for a rejuvenating snack and beverage.

Directions

The St. James Court Art Show® is held in Historic Old Louisville just south of Central Park on St. James Court, Belgravia Court, Magnolia Avenue, Third and Fourth Streets.
Old Louisville is approximately 3 miles south of downtown Louisville and just 3 blocks north of The University of Louisville. During the show, all streets within the event perimeter will be closed.

Offsite Parking and Shuttle Options

TARC Lou Lift Bus Shuttle from the Brown Garage – PARC It/ TARC It / ART It

Park in PARC’s Brown Hotel garage (658 S. 3rd Street), and catch TARC’s southbound Lou Lift Bus at 3rd & Broadway. Buses circulate approximately every 20 minutes between the Galt House and Churchill Downs.

The stops closest to the Art Show are on 1st Street at Magnolia and again at Hill. Passengers wishing to return to the garage should catch the northbound Lou Lift Bus at 2nd and Hill.

The last pick-up will be at 6pm Friday, 6:20pm Saturday and 6:15pm Sunday; drop-off will be at 4th and Broadway.

Second Street Neighborhood Association Shuttle Service

Park at the Jefferson Community & Technical College (109 E. Broadway; enter from 2nd Street). Shuttles drop off at 2nd and Magnolia and circulate every 5-10 minutes from one hour before the show to one hour after. There is usually a cost associated to this, which benefits the Second Street Neighborhood Association. Click here for more information.

Spalding University Parking and Lou Lift Bus Shuttle Service

Park at Spalding’s lots L or K (845 S. 3rd Street; enter from York or Breckenridge), and catch TARC’s southbound Lou Lift Bus at 3rd and Breckenridge. From this point, the route, circulation times and stops are the same as those from the Brown Hotel garage above.
